Jodi is Co-Director of The Called Collective and absolutely loves what she gets to do. She’s all about helping people fall in love with Jesus and step boldly into their calling. Over the years, she’s jumped into everything from evangelism and discipleship to church planting—and she’s had the joy of speaking at all kinds of events, from youth rallies to women’s and leadership conferences. She is ordained through Hopewell Network and She’s fueled by faith, purpose, and a really good cup of coffee. Jodi is married to her best friend Alex and is a proud boy mom to two seriously adorable little guys.

Carol Ball is co-director of The Called Collective and a prophetic minister with a passion to see people walk in deeper devotion to Christ and step boldly into their God-given purpose. She’s ministered across the U.S. and internationally, sharing Spirit-led messages marked by depth, clarity, and a strong foundation in the Word. Carol is ordained with Elim Fellowship and served in various leadership roles from 1998–2025, including Women’s Director and Assistant Director of U.S. Ministries. She and her husband, Chris, pastored Freedom Life in South Butler, NY for 27 years. Above all, Carol’s heart is to honor God and faithfully steward the call on her life.

Sarah Riker has been involved in various aspects of ministry for over 15 years. Her ministry experience includes church planting, inner-city outreach, prayer and deliverance teams, care ministry, and short-term missions across Asia, Africa, and South America. She is passionate about seeing people set free, walking in their God-given identities, and living transformed lives in the fullness of God. Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry, a master's degree in Theological Studies, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Theological Studies with a focus on deliverance. Her heart is to see generations equipped, raised up in prayer, and walking in unity as the body of Christ. Together with her husband, Sarah considers their home a place of full-time ministry. They regularly host Bible studies, times of teaching and equipping, prayer and worship gatherings, as well as one-on-one ministry. They are honored to serve people of all ages and are currently especially stirred to see Generation Z ignited with a passion for Jesus and sent into the nations. Sarah and her husband have a deep love for the global church and a heart for the nations. They are also blessed with three children, who bring them great joy and are an active part of their ministry life. In addition to her ministry work, Sarah enjoys exploring, adventuring, creating, and music.

Alex Kent is a 27 year old worship leader and songwriter. Currently, she is the director of North East Worship Camp; a week long worship intensive made to equip and release students from 6th-12th grade to be the leaders God created them to be. Alex and her husband Christian live in Rochester, NY and serve at Elim Life Church. They have a passion and a burning for all generations to come together to minister to the heart of the Lord in Spirit and in Truth.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18 In Molly’s first personal encounter with the Lord, she was broken and crushed, and He met her there in her brokenness. Her life was never the same. It has been the passion of her heart over the past 43 years to help those who are broken and need inner healing and deliverance. She has ministered in that arena for years and has witnessed the healing power of the Holy Spirit time after time. He has been faithful! She is an ordained minister, Biblical counselor, and certified Life Coach. She has been the director of the women’s ministry at three different churches over the past 20+ years. She has a BS in education and does premarital counseling with Prepare/Enrich. Molly is married to her husband of nearly 50 years, Frank, and is the mother of two grown sons, Jason and Tyler. She is a grandmother (Grammy!) of 9, and very recently, a great grandmother (GG) of a girl!
